Neshia Plair joined Richard, Wayne & Roberts in July of 2011.  Prior to, she spent ten years as a clinical medical device sales representative in the Houston and Dallas markets.  Neshia has her Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.  Since she joined RWR, Neshia has successfully generated over $4.5M in production revenue and has been named in the Top 30 Texas Search, Recruiting & Staffing Association - Direct Hire Award – 2014 – 2026. Neshia also sits on the Board of the TSRSA and serves as the President-Elect and oversees the Events Committee. In 2026, she was the top producing recruiter firm wide for RWR.  She has been promoted two times in her 15-year career at RWR and currently leads one of the Healthcare Practices for the firm.  Neshia specializes in the recruitment of C-Suite & Executive level talent across multiple industries to include Healthcare Finance, Revenue Cycle, Accounting,  Sales, Private Equity, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Construction and more.
