In her current role, she focused on recruiting top-tier Energy Industry talent for a wide range of positions within mid-tier to Fortune 500 corporations.

In her prior experience, Jenna joined Lucas Group, A Korn Ferry Company in 2019 as a Branch Manager in the Human Resources practice group. She then transitioned to the Technology search team in 2021. Prior to joining Korn Ferry and Lucas Group, Jenna spent four years with a light industrial staffing agency where she supported, mentored, and led two branch location teams to effectively drive consistent growth by delivering a first-class customer service experience to her clients and employees. Under her leadership, her office was awarded Company Office of the Year as well as being recognized for highest revenue dollar increase and highest gross profit dollars for two consecutive years.

Jenna is an active volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She holds an associate of arts in engineering design and technology from Lonestar College.
