With over a decade of recruiting and talent acquisition experience, Daniel Surber brings a unique combination of military leadership, corporate recruiting, and executive search expertise to the commercial construction and mission critical industries. Since 2015, Daniel has built his career around identifying and developing talent while creating opportunities that positively impact both professionals and organizations.

Daniel specializes in nationwide recruiting across the data center and mission critical space, supporting positions ranging from VPs and Project Executives to Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, Safety, QA/QC, Estimators, Schedulers, and other critical project and field leadership roles. His experience includes leading a team of 12 recruiters across field and corporate functions and serving as Director of Recruiting for a rapidly growing electrical contractor, where he helped build scalable recruiting strategies and saved the organization more than $1.3 million in agency fees.

Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Daniel now calls Houston, Texas home. He is passionate about recruiting, leadership, and creating meaningful career opportunities, while also embracing his role as a dedicated single father.
