In 2025, Kent joined Richard Wayne & Roberts, where he focuses on building enduring client relationships and assembling first-rate technical and functional IT, OT, and digital teams. His approach combines deep industry insight with a commitment to precision matching, ensuring both clients and candidates achieve long-term success.

Kent began his recruiting career in 2014 with one of the largest staffing firms in the United States, where he developed a passion for helping companies scale through people. He later founded and operated his own recruiting firm, successfully managing his own desk and cultivating trusted partnerships across the Gulf Coast’s technology and energy corridor.

A Texan born and raised, Kent lives with his wife and two children and remains driven by the values that have shaped his career, integrity, trust, and lasting relationships.
