Steven is the Senior Recruiter and co-founder with Truett Allen of the Energy Search Group. Since 2002, he has been a leader in production regarding, both client development and candidate placement.

Steven specializes in U.S. and Canadian firms who are concerned with trading, midstream, operations, engineering, risk management, marketing, power generation, project development, engineering, and natural gas.

Before joining Richard, Wayne and Roberts, Steven had 15 years of experience as a manager in product manufacturing and development, tolling, commodity trading, and marketing. Steven has been recognized by both the Houston and the former Texas Associations of Personnel Consultants for Technical and Professional Accomplishment.

 He also spent five years as the leading sports analyst for TSRN Sports Radio Network.
