Christian Salvo

Christian joined Richard, Wayne & Roberts’ Finance & Accounting Group in February 2024, bringing a background in direct-hire recruiting within the finance and accounting space. A native Houstonian raised in Katy, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida before returning home to Houston in 2021. His professional experience includes overseeing transaction operations for a Texas-based real estate company and managing projects in the construction industry. Outside of work, Christian enjoys family life as a new father and spends his free time training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at his local mixed martial arts gym.

Karen Sable

With over 20 years of experience in business development and recruitment combined, Karen is a dedicated talent partner who truly loves what she does. Joshua Park

Josh Park joined Richard, Wayne and Roberts in 2026 as part of the Finance/Accounting Group. He previously spent 13 years at another firm in the Houston area placing Finance/Accounting professionals. Josh resides in Conroe, TX., where he enjoys spending time with his two children. Josh loves time with family and friends, getting lost in a good book, cheering for just about any sport, and soaking up the outdoors whenever he can. He isn’t afraid to step outside the box, take smart risks, and make things happen. He celebrates wins, shares the spotlight, and loves building great teams along the way.

Hunter Lyon

Hunter joined Richard, Wayne, and Roberts’ Finance and Accounting group in 2025, focusing on direct hire searches across accounting, finance, audit, tax, and corporate development. Originally from Austin, he relocated to Houston three years ago and brings an entrepreneurial background as the owner and operator of Paws Paradise, a dog boarding and daycare facility, where he grew the business by building lasting client relationships and delivering dependable service. Hunter earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University. Outside of work, he enjoys DIY projects, hanging out with friends, and long walks on the beach.

Craig Kennedy

After a successful career with one of the largest national recruiting companies in the US, (Top 1% Out of 4000 Recruiters), Craig Kennedy founded Kennedy Unlimited in 2001. Craig decided that he did not want to take the traditional approach of national agencies focusing on quantity, the number of offices, personnel, job orders; clients; candidates and tools but rather that of quality. His business philosophy is simple; focus on the quality of excellence in both postings and candidates and the ability to recognize talent. With a focus on each client’s specific requirements and matching these requirements, beyond the specifics of the job posting alone, with qualified candidates, with the right experience and all too often overlooked, cultural fit and aspirations. Craig joined Richard, Wayne and Roberts in 2019 specializing in recruiting Accounting and Finance professionals. Craig holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from George Fox University and a degree in Computer Application from Mt Hood Community College. Previously, Craig worked as Senior Recruiter, (Top 1% Out of 4000 Recruiters) for Kforce, formerly Source EDP/Romac, and as Support Services Manager for D+H Davis + Henderson, formerly CFI ProServices. Outside of the office, Craig taught one of the largest high impact aerobics classes in Portland, Oregon. He enjoys an active lifestyle, to clear and refresh his mind, and he has a deep love for dogs.

Nabeel Hasan

Nabeel Hasan is a key member of the Accounting & Finance division at Richard, Wayne & Roberts, where he specializes in executive recruitment across a range of industry verticals—including Oil & Gas, Private Equity, Manufacturing, and Construction. With a deep understanding of both the market landscape and talent dynamics, Nabeel serves as a strategic advisor to his clients and candidates. His approach goes beyond timely placements—he’s focused on delivering long-term value by aligning talent solutions with each organization’s unique business goals and competitive environment. Nabeel holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and brings over 10 years of progressive corporate finance experience to his role. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports and spending quality time with family and friends.
