At Richard, Wayne & Roberts, Niv focuses on the national recruitment of executive-level professionals across Healthcare Finance, Revenue Cycle, Compliance, Operations, and Sales. Neshia Plair

Neshia Plair joined Richard, Wayne & Roberts in July of 2011. Prior to, she spent ten years as a clinical medical device sales representative in the Houston and Dallas markets. Neshia has her Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. Since she joined RWR, Neshia has successfully generated over $4.5M in production revenue and has been named in the Top 30 Texas Search, Recruiting & Staffing Association – Direct Hire Award – 2014 – 2026. Neshia also sits on the Board of the TSRSA and serves as the President-Elect and oversees the Events Committee. In 2026, she was the top producing recruiter firm wide for RWR. She has been promoted two times in her 15-year career at RWR and currently leads one of the Healthcare Practices for the firm. Neshia specializes in the recruitment of C-Suite & Executive level talent across multiple industries to include Healthcare Finance, Revenue Cycle, Accounting, Sales, Private Equity, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Construction and more.

Cole Pledger

Cole joined Richard, Wayne and Roberts in 2017. Before joining Richard, Wayne and Roberts, he worked as a recruitment consultant within the pharmaceutical industry. Cole focuses on the recruitment of all Operational, Financial and Revenue Cycle Management professionals for Healthcare Systems, Facilities, and HMOs/Insurance Plans. He has been named as one of the Top Twenty Houston Area Association Personnel Consultants – Direct Hire Award in 2021. He graduated from Texas State University with a B.B.A. in Marketing in 2017 and prides himself on providing a consummate level of service to all of his clients.

Denise Miller

Denise Miller has over five years of recruiting experience. Prior to becoming a recruiter, Denise practiced law for approximately fifteen years, specializing in civil litigation. Denise works a national market and focuses on executive recruiting of healthcare, life sciences and legal professionals. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Arizona, a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, and an LL.M. from the University of Edinburgh.

Tania Killebrew

Tania joined Richard, Wayne, and Roberts in May 2011. Before joining RWR, she worked in the Healthcare industry for almost four years specializing in the recruitment of Financial and Revenue Cycle Management for both direct hire and consulting. Earlier in her career, Tania practiced law in New Zealand for seven years, specializing in Civil Litigation and Labor Law. She graduated from the University of Auckland Law School in New Zealand. Since she joined RWR, Tania has successfully generated over $3.5 million in production revenue and has been named in the Top Fifty Houston Area Association Personnel Consultants – Direct Hire Award – 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. She has been promoted two times in her 14-year career at RWR and is currently one of the Managing Directors for the Healthcare team, leading a team of 4. Tania works in the national market and specializes in executive recruitment across various sectors of healthcare. Her expertise spans Operations, Finance, Sales and Business Development, Revenue Cycle, Clinical Research, Scientists, HR, IT, Compliance, and Legal Regulatory. She serves a wide range of healthcare organizations, including health systems, health plans, research institutions, biopharmaceutical companies, consulting firms, and healthcare corporations.

Eric Holzer, CPC

Eric joined Richard, Wayne and Roberts in 1998. He is the Managing Partner over the Healthcare Practice leading executive search which focuses on recruiting Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and C-level talent in accounting, finance, and operations. Clients and candidates span hospitals, health plans, physician practices, and the services companies that orbit all three. Eric has won numerous industry awards for his success in executive recruiting and ranks among the “Top 15” in the state of Texas. He graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Biology from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and is a Member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
