Kent began his recruiting career in 2014 with one of the largest staffing firms in the United States, where he developed a passion for helping companies scale through people. He later founded and operated his own recruiting firm, successfully managing his own desk and cultivating trusted partnerships across the Gulf Coast’s technology and energy corridor. A Texan born and raised, Kent lives with his wife and two children and remains driven by the values that have shaped his career, integrity, trust, and lasting relationships. Originally hailing from New York City, Helen has called Houston, TX home since 2006. Michael Finch joined Richard, Wayne and Roberts in 2010, specializing in placing Information Technology professionals from senior to upper management status. Michael came to RWR with a background in Oil and Gas, oilfield services, consulting, manufacturing, Healthcare, and petrochemical industries, to name a few. Previous to Richard, Wayne and Roberts he worked at other Search firms finding top talent for IT departments in Houston and across the US. Before recruiting, Michael was a Military Police Officer in the Army where he was stationed in the US and overseas.

Brianna FaJohn

Brianna FaJohn is an accomplished technical recruiter with a strong track record of success in the technology and healthcare sectors. She began her career in recruiting shortly after earning her B.A. in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Houston. In January 2025, Brianna joined Richard, Wayne & Roberts as part of the Information Technology team. Since then, she has been dedicated to connecting forward-thinking companies with the technical experts who drive innovation and growth. Known for building authentic, long-term relationships, Brianna is passionate about identifying top-tier talent capable of solving the complex, hard-to-fill challenges that businesses face every day. Outside of work, Brianna is a self-proclaimed tech enthusiast. She enjoys gaming, building custom PCs, writing, and exploring new corners of the world. She’s also an avid animal lover—especially when it comes to her cat, Gandalf the Gray.

Katy Trudeau came to Richard, Wayne and Roberts with over 20 years’ experience in recruiting, sales, marketing, and client engagement. She is an expert in business development and strives always to exceed client expectations. Prior to joining RWR, Katy developed the book of business for the IT and Engineering industries at a reputable recruiting firm. She is an expert in recruiting top-tier professionals for direct-hire, contract, and contract to hire positions for her clients’ needs. Katy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Texas and her Master’s of Science in Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University.
