Tyna Truong leads a Technical Engineering Division specialized in recruitment across several industry verticals, with expertise in Oil & Gas – (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), Investment Banking/Private Equity, Manufacturing, and Petrochemical. She serves her clients’ interests and contributes value over the long term by being a Strategic Advisor that not only delivers timely results but possesses a deep understanding of their business, their market, and the talent demographics, trends, and challenges in which they compete. She has cultivated a proven industry reputation of filling “needle in a haystack” engaged and retained searches. Her recruiting experience stretches both nationwide and internationally. He specializes in placing top talent in engineering, operations, and commercial leadership roles within the oil & gas and chemical manufacturing industries. Chris has successfully recruited engineers, operations leaders, and commercial directors, earning a reputation for matching high-caliber candidates with exceptional career opportunities. Kristi Pickett

Kristi Pickett has over 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. She started with RWR in 2006 and specializes in placing professionals in the Energy Trading and Marketing industry. Kristi has received numerous awards for Outstanding Achievement from the Houston Association of Personnel Consultants (HAAPC), Top Fifty Technical/Professional Division by the former Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, and Account Executive of the Year for Richard, Wayne and Roberts in 2008 and Business Developer of the Year in 2020. Kristi is a 1992 graduate of Texas A&M University where she received a B.A. in Journalism with a Minor in Marketing. Kristi is a wife, a mother, and a volunteer who stays busy and loves being a recruiter! She enjoys being that trusted advisor and helping others achieve their career goals and partnering with clients in building long-lasting relationships and finding top talent.

Stacie Beaujeaux

Stacie joined the Richard, Wayne and Roberts Energy Search team in April 2015, focusing her recruiting efforts in all areas of the power and gas industry. Her primary goal is to identify and deliver great candidates to our clients to meet their needs. Stacie comes to Richard, Wayne and Roberts with a B.S. in Government and Politics. Before joining Richard, Wayne and Roberts, she was an independent sales representative in the retail industry covering a seven-state territory. Stacie also owned her own business for eight years and understands customer service, hard work, integrity, and results.

Roger Reissig

Roger Reissig specializes in recruiting for all areas of the Oil and Gas Industry, including Upstream, Midstream and Downstream Engineering fields. He has received numerous awards for Outstanding Achievement and has been recognized as one of the Top 10 Recruiters in the City by the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants. Roger has also been recognized through the years by the former Texas Association of Personnel Consultants where he has placed in the Top 5 among all Executive Recruiters in the State of Texas. Here at Richard, Wayne and Roberts, Roger has ranked in the Top 5 Recruiters, where he has also received the Account Executive of the Year and Business Developer of the Year awards. With years of recruiting experience at Richard, Wayne and Roberts, Roger’s focus has been on building long term business relationships with his client companies and candidates. He is committed to finding candidates that make a difference and companies that provide a career opportunity. Before joining Richard, Wayne and Roberts, Roger was a top Account Executive and Manager at U.S. Emerald Energy, a Stock Broker at Merrill Lynch, and an Investment Banker for Hurst Murchison Investment Bankers. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Sam Houston State University.
