Roger has also been recognized through the years by the former Texas Association of Personnel Consultants where he has placed in the Top 5 among all Executive Recruiters in the State of Texas. Ken McQueen, CPC

Ken was introduced to recruiting immediately after receiving his bachelor’s degree in Journalism, from Sam Houston State University. The same passion and competitiveness necessary throughout his successful athletic career still drives him today. Ken is a true generalist, having conducted searches over the years in many different disciplines. However, his love is for oil and gas engineering-related searches. During his tenure with the firm, he has risen through the ranks from Recruiting Associate to Partner, where he now directs a staff of recruiters in the Oil and Gas and Technology Engineering groups. Ken has been recognized as one of the top five recruiters in the city by the Houston Association of Personnel Consultants each year from 1998 to present. Ken has also been recognized by his peers within the former Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, placing in the Top among all executive recruiters in the state of Texas. Cynthia Goudeau, CPC

Cynthia began her career in executive recruiting upon graduating from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Her career has taken her internationally to recruit for major corporations in the United Kingdom, Kuwait, Asia, Russia, and South America. Cynthia specializes in the Oil and Gas Industry, yet, has extensive experience recruiting in the Defense Industry, and Information Technology. She joined Richard Wayne and Roberts in 2000 as an Executive Recruiter and quickly advanced to Executive Search Director. Cynthia has been recognized by the former Texas Association of Personnel Consultants as a top performer.

Bob Doyle, CPC

Bob Doyle began his recruiting career in 1984, specializing in the defense, high-technology, and oil and gas industries. He joined Richard, Wayne and Roberts in 1990 as a Recruiting Manager and progressed to becoming a Partner of the firm. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), and he manages a large group of recruiters in the upstream, midstream, and downstream engineering fields. He is consistently recognized by the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants and the former Texas Association of Personnel Consultants for outstanding achievement.
