Alexis Rogers is a Partner at Richard, Wayne & Roberts, where she leads the firm’s Accounting and Financial Search Team. Since beginning her recruiting career with the firm in 1985, Alexis has built a nationally respected reputation in accounting and finance recruiting, successfully directing and completing search assignments for companies across the United States.

Over the course of her career, Alexis has been recognized by her peers as one of the Top Ten Recruiters in Houston by the Houston Association of Personnel Consultants for the past 30 years. She earned her Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation in 1988 and has remained actively involved in the recruiting community throughout her career. Alexis served on the Board of the Houston Association of Personnel Consultants for 30 years and plays an active consultant role still to the TSRSA.

Alexis and her team partner with organizations nationwide to identify and place top accounting and finance talent. They are known for building strong relationships with both clients and candidates and for delivering results with professionalism, integrity, and efficiency.

As a native Houstonian, Alexis attended and graduated from The Kinkaid School in Houston before earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. With deep roots in the Houston community, she has built both her life and career in the city she proudly calls home. Outside of her professional work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her family and is a proud mother of two and grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren.
