Technical Sales is an excellent career for professionals with an engineering or technical background who want to affect the bottom line and who possess the ability to understand complex problems and provide technical solutions. Our Technical Sales Group specializes in identifying these people for companies selling to a wide range of industries, from high-tech to chemical processing. We recruit for positions from field sales to vice president of sales.
Our clients have gravitated to an overall value-added solution sales approach with their customer base. This requires a more sophisticated prominent picture candidate. Additionally, the continued retirement of baby boomers has created the need for sourcing key higher-level positions.
Not only are top producers in demand in their market segment, but their skills are transferable to other industries, further increasing their marketability.
