Anahi joined Richard, Wayne and Roberts in March 2022 and is a member of the Energy Search team where she jumped in to learn the recruiting and energy trading industry. Anahi has shown proven success in her first year placing professionals within various positions of energy companies, both on the wholesale and retail side. Anahi has a great understanding of our client’s needs, which helps her target A+ candidates for each search. She enjoys helping others and is excited about her career in recruiting.

Anahi has over 6 years of administrative and customer service experience in the Insurance and Car Dealership industries.

Outside of RWR, Anahi is a dedicated mother and loves spending time with her daughter.
