Bob Doyle began his recruiting career in 1984, specializing in the defense, high-technology, and oil and gas industries. He joined Richard, Wayne and Roberts in 1990 as a Recruiting Manager and progressed to becoming a Partner of the firm.

He is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), and he manages a large group of recruiters in the upstream, midstream, and downstream engineering fields. He is consistently recognized by the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants and the former Texas Association of Personnel Consultants for outstanding achievement.
