Grant joined Richard, Wayne, and Roberts in April of 2024, where he joined the Energy Search Team and has been focused on finding top-tier candidates for our clients within Renewable Energy, Power, Oil & Gas, and Utilities. With a start in recruiting back in August 2021, Grant has since navigated various sectors, beginning with education, and then moving through healthcare to ultimately focus on renewable energy. Grant believes in building genuine relationships, understanding unique needs and aspirations beyond just their resumes. His approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, ensuring that every candidate feels valued and heard throughout the recruitment process.
