James Grace joined Richard, Wayne and Roberts in 2023 as a part of the Accounting Group, where he places accounting, finance, tax, and audit professionals. James grew up in San Antonio, where his lifelong athletics pursuits earned him a scholarship for basketball.  James earned a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Cal Poly State University. James has 18 years of experience in Sales, and spent the last 15 years running an alarm company for ADT prior to joining RWR.  Candidates find James is dedicated to their success just as much as his own, and takes great pride in his role in facilitating their new position.
