Kelby joined Richard Wayne and Roberts in the summer of 2023 and has begun her career here on the Energy Search Team. She is originally from Dallas, TX but then made the move to Houston, TX in 2019. Kelby has over 5 years of experience in recruiting with multiple industries. Most of her industry experience consists of C-Suite, Business Development/Sales, Commercial Trade, and Corporate Placing.

She is an intentional recruiter that leverages her sharpshooting abilities to match qualified candidates to the best careers possible for them and the company.

Outside of RWR, Kelby greatly enjoys spending time with her family and friends. However, her favorite thing to do has to be spending quality time with her two dogs.
