Kyle Williams joined Richard, Wayne and Roberts in January of 2014 in the Oil and Gas Group. In 2015 when the Oil and Gas market slowed down, he moved to the Real Estate and Construction group.

Since that time, Kyle has risen through the ranks from an Executive Recruiter to a Managing Search Director here at RWR. In his short time in the Real Estate Group, he has cultivated relationships nationally and has built a reputation for doing whatever it takes to get the job done.

Before joining RWR, Kyle ran his own company for 12 years, and that experience taught him the value of customer service, dedication, and hard work.
