Michael Finch joined Richard, Wayne and Roberts in 2010, specializing in placing Information Technology professionals from senior to upper management status. Michael came to RWR with a background in Oil and Gas, oilfield services, consulting, manufacturing, Healthcare, and petrochemical industries, to name a few.

Previous to Richard, Wayne and Roberts he worked at other Search firms finding top talent for IT departments in Houston and across the US. Before recruiting, Michael was a Military Police Officer in the Army where he was stationed in the US and overseas.
