Neiko Thigpen joined Richard, Wayne and Roberts in 2023. Prior to, he spent 11 years in the United States Army. The military is where he first learned what it meant to serve a community as a recruiter, bringing 7 years of recruiting experience to the team. His passion stems from helping others grow and maintaining a presence in the military community. Neiko is a devoted husband and father, who enjoys traveling with his family. He plans to take the intangible knowledge gained from his previous journey and pay it forward to the healthcare industry.
