Nicole joined Richard, Wayne and Roberts in May 2016, and specializes in recruiting for the legal, and accounting and finance professions. Nicole was awarded the 2017 Rookie of the Year and Business Developer of the Year at Richard, Wayne and Roberts, and Top 40 Direct Hire Recruiter by Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants.

Before joining RWR, Nicole was a practicing attorney focusing on pharmaceutical/medical device and professional liability litigation. Nicole holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Houston, and a J.D., summa cum laude, from South Texas College of Law.
