Nicole joined Richard, Wayne and Roberts in May 2016, and specializes in placing attorneys in-house with corporations nationwide across a variety of industries, including technology, energy, pharmaceutical/medical device, healthcare, private equity, real estate, retail, manufacturing, consumer products, and financial services.

Nicole was awarded the 2017 Rookie of the Year and Business Developer of the Year at Richard, Wayne and Roberts, and Top 40 Direct Hire Recruiter by Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants.
